       Dark brown University is a private Ivy League research school in Providence, Rhode Area, Usa, founded in 1764 as "The College in the English Colony of Rhode Island and Aide Plantations. " Brown is the seventh-oldest institution of higher education in the United States and one of the nine Colonial time Colleges established before the American Revolution.

At their foundation, Brown was your first school in the United States to simply accept students regardless of their spiritual affiliation.
